My partner and I are full-time PhD researchers at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Twente. We are looking for a long-term home in Zwolle, as it is centrally located between our universities. We both have stable full-time employment and a reliable source of income, and we value a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home. We are responsible, non-smoking tenants who will take good care of the property. As my current rental contract ends in September, we are hoping to move as soon as possible.
